Visit THIS LINK. They offer free daily forex data since 1986.
They have an inraday data too. It is not free. But price is very reasonable.
Formats are compatible with most popular trading software. Monthly updates.

Re: need forex data

This site is free and has reliable data (no indicative quotes): http://www.forexite.com/free_forex_q...ory_arhiv.html

They have intraday data (1min.) available for 10 pairs since 2001 for Metastock and Tradestation.

Trendtrade is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: need forex data

What time frames are you looking for? What format? I would suggest you first locate a reputable forex market maker who you plan to clear your trades with first. After you've located one, find out whether they will provide you with historical data in either CSV or a real-time data feed using either DDE or an in-house API. The reason I suggest locating a market maker first is that all market makers will have slightly different quotes, so why base your analysis on generic forex data probably obtained from GTIS that is a composition of dealers rates when you can get a historical version of the exact quotes you will be trading off.

Hope that helps,
Trendtrade
