2.5k is no where near enough money to survive a full lot account. Need to be trading on 10% to 15% at most which is 1 lot trade per 10k of cap. In fact im suprised it will be enough margin to even open a posi on most accounts. Open a mini instead with someone like O an D a

put say $100.00 in an account with o a n d a and that way you can trade with some real money as well, i'll upload later a spreadsheet i can use that is tailored to oanda and you can size your trades properly according to your money management style with it.
