If you are not registered with a governing body where does a client who has an issue with you that cannot be settle go for arbitration or to complain? FDIC insurance has nothing to do with that, neither does it cover any speculative investments. It covers bank deposits up to $100 000 only.

I am simply trying to understand your point about your firm that is all.

Thanks for the reply, actually the FDIC works in exactly the same way as the CFTC so clients with complaints about our bank report to the FDIC and also the CFTC if they so wish.

We are also audited on a monthly basis by the FDIC.

CMS will shut down it's trading around heavy trading to protect it self. Your stops will not be honored. It has happened time and time again. They apologize and state how they are doing all they can to update their servers. Then they roll out a new VT version and do the same thing all over again. You absolutely cannot trade with them around news releases. Too bad because I love the platform but I had to pull my account after repeated instances of this.
