Question Trading the news - how?

Hello dear traders.
I’ve got some questions about the use of fundamental analysis on Forex the influence of the news on the price movement. I’m engaged in trading for about 6 months yet I think that trading is not a game anymore but a hard work. Now I’m starting to underst the price behavior my trading is still not good but I’ll never give up.
The thing I do not underst at all is the price movement on the news. It often happens that the price ignores news or even moves against them! The influence of news on the price is not explained in any of the classical books about trading so could anyone explain it shortly please?

My opinion!

Hello. I m Charles I think that trading on the news is an interesting theme. Understing the price behavior on the news is important not explained in “classical” books of Murphy Schwager Williams Luka etc. leading 99% of beginners to loose their deposits. Any opinion on this?

No one can explain the influence news has on price because all news fundamentals are unique in a unique economic environment. Some news is priced in prior to release some is only relevant to other data already released or due to be released some news is only relevant when compared to the counter currency's fundamentals. Fundamentals are extremely complex market reaction sometimes even more complex I do not believe it could ever be written in a book other than in very general terms. Market sentiment can change very quickly right now the dollar is in the toilet but next week could be a whole different story!

Well either go to college for a few years learn economics or trade technicals with stops limits hope your bucketshop broker honors them without too much slippage.

The sensible thing to do is avoid significant news altogether because trading it if you don't know what you're doing is nothing more than a gamble.

You sure you're in the right business?

99% lose money because they go swimming with sharks in a business they know nothing about it would be a miracle if they didn't lose all their money!

99% are a sting joke marketmakers lap them up they know that some clueless wannabe out to try make a few bucks is going to crash burn it's money in the bank for them.

The problem is that the relation between technical fundamental analysis is not explained in the classical books so sometimes I wonder why price goes higher or lower on bad good news.>>
