Euro Weekly Forecast EWA: SuperEuro.... to the clouds and further on!!!!

Euro Weekly Forecast EWA: SuperEuro.... to the clouds and further on!!!!

The Euro continue going up. The past week Friday the wave ii within (v), was very strong, and every thing, for a moment, looks like a new bear market; but that is the personality of waves 2, that usually are sharp and retraced between the 0,5 to 0,854 of 1, near the 0,618 and being the bottom of wave ii of lesser degree an ideal objetive. This wave ii go back near the 0,618, and then, go up strongly, as a wave iii. That means that the Euro continue going up until complete the five secuence waves of (v) minuette inside a wave ((c)) minute.

The overlap of the labeled wave i within (v), are telling us that, we have to keep in mind the alternative counting. This counting shows as a wave (iii) finish in the last high of monday at 1.2985, very close the 1.618 (i) fib relationship. This wave have a simple wave i and ii, iii extended, iv sideways and complex, looks like one bigger degree, and wave v, as says equality guidelines, "waves i and v tends to equal in time and magnitude is wave iii is an extension". Wave v delay five trading days equal at i, and move 0,0329 pips and wave i move 0,309 pips. A perfect Fibonacci relationship. The orthodox bottom of iv is a target for wave (iv) as show.........

The wave (iv) is in progress, and is taking the form of an expanded flat correction 3-3-5, where their b wave, have the same constituent subwaves than the (b) wave of 28 july to 17 ago 2004. Wave c is in progress, where their first wave is finish, that is corrected by the wave (.ii.), taking the form of a double zig zag or a double three. Finish this corretive pattern, the third wave will be in progress, confirm by the break of............
But if breaks up we take the alternative counting, that is confirm is the prices break ..........
