In elementary school children often come home to the people they have to answer to their parents. There is such a convenient gap in the daily communication between teacher parents. I have posted many truths about Charles Vaccaro Christopher Cox James Albin Droskoski Jr.
1. Charles Vaccaro was featured on "Shame on you" His antics today are very similiar to those at the dawn of his notoriety. He has read every one of the post so I have heard.
2. James Droskoski worked in concert with Charles Vaccaro to embezzle 6 figures Barkley Trading LLC.
3. Chris Cox a registered principal for Solaris Securities has had knowledge of Charles Vaccaro's regulatory issues the inception of their professional arrangement.
4. Charles Vaccaro has stated on numerous ocassions that he controls Solaris Securities owns it at an arms length. He has also made lovely remarks/jokes as to him owning Chris Cox seriously.
5. Charles Vaccaro in his inconsistency claims that he does not own Solaris. He has negotiated the clearing business relationships of almost all (ALMOST is a disclaimer) of Solaris Securities' financial arrangments. I have looked on the Solaris Securities records which are available

6. James Albin Droskoski Jr. was registered with GLB Trading/ GlobalVest securities. He is now not registered. In the time of which he was creating intricate plots to embezzle monies his employer Barkley Trading LLC he got a little sloppy. Fortunate for me Brendan P. Byrne the financial world is a sea of records. Paper trails do not go away. 7. In a recorded conversation Charles Vaccaro states that he is preparing a focus report for Solaris Securities. His explanation to why he was doing Chris Cox's job as registered principal is that "because he is black". He couldn't have meant that HLV is in the BLACK? No Charlie Vaccaro as I compliment him is a very well spoken eloquent character. He was clear right. Chris Cox is black. However his attitude tone did suggest that Chris Cox was inferior incapable due to his ethnic origin. This theme is consistent in his references about Chris Cox. Charles Vaccaro has stated that he keeps Chris Cox around to be the fall guy in case %$^& hits the fan. Charles Vaccaro has no love for Chris Cox. He does not have any charitable fiber in his body. The only thing that Charlie Vaccaro cares about is himself. That is why he does focus reports for Solaris Securities.
8. Chris Cox of what I know could have been nice guy. However his intentions may not have been to go rogue he happens to be exactly what Charles Vaccaro wants him to be the fall guy. To bad he already has many levels of liability which include violations of rules "Know Your Customer" know your partner!!! Who is going to answer the NASD SEC Attorney General? Short sale violations time of sale manipulations obstruction of justice are not immaterial to any SRO or governmental agencies.
