help! - expert advisor

Hi! I'm trying a trading system that is always playing. I'm creating an expert advisor at MetaTrader 3.8.3. to automate it but I'm having some problems. Could somebody help me please? The situation:
1) The system says BUY the expert buys one lot. Then the system says SELL the expert have to CLOSE the ask-openned order SELL one lot AT THE SAME BAR.
2) The system says SELL the expert sells one lot. Then the system says BUY the expert have to CLOSE the bid-openned order BUY one lot AT THE SAME BAR.
3) The system says BUY the expert buys one lot. Then the system says BUY ONCE AGAIN the expert BUYS ONE MORE LOT ( all those the system indicates). Then the system says SELL the expert have to CLOSE ALL THE ASK-OPENNED ORDERS SELL one lot AT THE SAME BAR.
4) The system says SELL the expert sells one lot. Then the system says SELL ONCE AGAIN the expert SELLS ONE MORE LOT ( all those the system indicates). Then the system says BUY the expert have to CLOSE ALL THE BID-OPENNED ORDERS BUY one lot AT THE SAME BAR. Please help me sending the programming for this situation! Thank you very much for atention!
