i'm a newbie about to dive into trying to learn technical analysis as i learn the forex...
however i've downloaded several trading platforms some with charting included not to impressed with what's being offered.
currently I have FXCM which has a product included called Market Scope it's fly good but i would like to try something a little more robust. One of the problems I have with MarketScope when I try to pull historical data is that it never gets the dates right I ask for a chart March 7 to March 8 I get a whole weeks worth of data.
Anyway I'm looking for a good charting service that I can get reliable historical data to start my technical analysis learning I'm looking for something thats very printer friendly...some of these things don't print well so if you have any recommendations I'm all ears...
Oh anything that's free or cheap is good too (however as the old saying goes you get what you pay for so i'm open to anything)
Yep I believe you can have trailing stops when a trade is executed in the area down the bottom of the screen the information area right click on the trade details there you should be able to get to a trailing stop.
You could try the broker www.gft.com (called Dealbook 2). It's the best I've seen so far (much like tradestation) it's free with a live account. 30 day trial demo.
I've also heard of Virtual Trader Through CMS broker. Don't know th site though.
