Hi sr2 basically the answer is "yes". Epiphany will help you out with your charitable venture by offering a free email subscription to their service starting probably May if you're ready then. There will be a lot of "s" "if's" "buts" reassurances required all this sort of thing (you can imagine ... mostly they will need some sort of guarantee that the information won't be divulged to anyone else) but we will be able to work with them satisfy them I'm sure. They might also want to see something like a copy of your certificate of incorporation for the charity or a fundraising authorisation if it's not your own charity or something like this. Will email you with more information later anyway.

Epiphany is no longer taking on additional clients? I am sorry to pester you with this question but I have heard great things about them would certainley be interested in becoming a client. I emailed them the lack of response I am assuming they are not interested? ...

I'm a previous one not one for the month of April because I'll be travelling about too much to be able to follow them; will recommence in May.

That's usually the position. But at the moment they _are_ actually taking on some additional clients I've heard. In late April or maybe May 1st or something.

Can only suggest you email them again sorry. They have always been prompt courteous efficient at responding to emails. If you didn't hear them either your email to them or their reply to you probably got lost. I know other people who are waiting to join in a few weeks' time. They certainly wouldn't knowingly ignore an inquiry a potential client.
