Just an update on the new system

The open EURJPY trade closed for +100 on 6/04/2005.

A new trade was taken (live) on EURCHF sell at 1.5492. Target is 1.5392 for a 100pips profit.

So far this year the system has had 19 trades with 2 losers 16 winners 1 still open. So that is +1400 pips over 3.5 months. Equal to about 400 pips a month on 1 contract. I have started following this system live now will post the results on a regular basis. Fingers crossed :-) as 50% of the money made will be added to the charity fund as I wish to grow that rapidly.

I would recommend any beginners follow this system on paper or MT see how it plays out over the next few months. So far it has been very profitable on a mini account you can build up your trade account slowly...but please please demo trade first get a feel for the system the markets.

Just wanted to commend you for what you have done. Your commitment to the charity profit going towards assisting others is something that only a few souls in this world would follow through with. A little off topic but I sincerely hope this works out very well as this will benefit people in need.

I will continue to demo this as well what I have learn't should it be profitable (with a little nudge the man upsts) once you go live I would also like to contribute to the charity. Hopefully we will speak regarding that soon. But once again Best of Luck may God Bless you ...

Setting up a charity is a big undertaking that is why I have not done all the analysis work I intended to. I will get round to it eventually.

Just a quick note about the NEW yans. I have been doing some backtesting (without changing rules) the results for EURCHF EURGBP are impressive. We are talking about 90% 80% success rate. I know that in itself is not necessarily a good thing but when you're profit stops are the same the results are profitable. I have actually started trading this system live on a small account. I would recommend you take a look at the new system try it out on demo. Remember there are not that many trades per currency but I am following 10 currencies so that increases the number of trades.

I will post up the backtesting for the 10 currencies as soon as I have finished. If anyone has the time can they also do the same to compare results to confirm the profitability of this system.

I was quite excited when I came developed the original YANS but the new version excites me even more especially since it is such a simple system to follow.

FYI there maybe there are 5 currencies which may develop into trades in the next few hours/days: EURUSD USDCHF USDJPY GBPUSD AUDUSD.

I'm sure this will work on other currencies but I am happy to stick with 10 for now

Apologies for the delay in replying.

Unfortunately when I posted the new YANS I obviously did not highlight it enough so most (if not everyone) missed it. I will post it again in the next few posts. I am also posting the 2004 back test results for the new YANS. Please note as before I started with a set of rules which I am using to live trade. I used these rules unmodified to back test for 2004. The results are impressive to say the least. I hope that 2005 continues this way. I don't want to type in all the details (dates price etc) as this will take a long time.
So I will just summarise each currency p. The system rules will enable you to go back check the results against the charts in Metatrader. Please point out any obvious errors.

All I ask in return for posting the system is if anyone starts using this system generates good returns can you please make a donation to the charity fund which I hope to have up running soon. If not the charity fund then another charity of your choice. Basically what I am asking is that you give something to those less fortunate than ourselves. I hope thats f.

(Sorry my calculations were wrong) - forgot to take the losers into account. Still profitbale though.

Each winner loser is 100pips. So we have an overall profit of 3100 pips. Thats about 250pips per month 74% success rate. I've already posted the results for 2005 so far. but in case anyone missed it the total for 2005 so far is:

So that is 1800pips in 2005 so far which is about 510pips per month 80% success rate.

I'm not recommening anyone follows this system without testing it but I am now trading this system live as I am impressed with the results. I missed the EURAUD USDCAD trades a few days back which were both winners but I got in on the EURCHF trade which is down about 74 pips at present :-( (sods law)...haha. Anyway it may still turn plus I am confident that the system works so I will continue.

Also as I have ranted raved about several times in the thread there are more pips to be made by having a better exit strategy. I know several people have said that the system leaves a lot of pips on the table. Thats a f comment except that the entry strategy is as it is it works. Also winning pips are exactly that winning pips. If at the end of the day/month/year you are up then you have done well.

I hope this gives other newbies like myself a helping h. If it fails then at the very least you will know how not to do it
