| Hello From Vancouver A warm hello from Canada, I am 24 and I recently opened my first mini account. My past experience is from trading equities on the NYSE and Nasdaq. I am trading two strategies. The first one is based on a price crossover of the 200 or 250 SMA. The second one is a discretionary strategy where I fade movements that extend significantly from the average true range. | I worked at Bright Trading out in Langley about 2 mos ago so Abby isn't too far from that. However, Burnaby Lake is only 15 mins from me. I live near Joyce Skytrain. Great to know there are other traders close by. Cheers |

| So what was your experience like working at bright trading I considered it but I didn't have the capital to get started. Looks like a pretty steep learning curve I belong to an activities mailing list in Vancouver and someone posted a message wanting to start a forex trading club in Vancouver. | Shellback Well near each other thing is all relative and for most people you talk to on this board a 45 - 60 min drive is really close. Did you see my message about someone wanting to start a forex club in Vancouver area. How about you would you have any interest? Rick |

| Wow there are alot more of us than I thought Thats 14 so far I think something will happen from this for sure I would be into a simple get together over coffee at any rate. Wow I guess I ticked someone off my rating went from all green to half red with one more vote. If someone out there doesnt like something I am doing I would like them to send me a pm so I know what. | I'm in too  Great Idea to meet and/or set up a club...what a shame I'm not in canada... I have an uncle though...and as far as I recall he's not poor at all I have lots of sympathy for Canada. You guys go ahead and start with this club - I will visit Canada especially to attend cheers Rezo |
