As the title says, what do you do to relax after a stressful day. listen to the music? watch a movie? have a glass of wine? play some mmo and kick someones ass?

i prefer all of the above to be honest. so please say what's your thing.

i usally play my xbox 360 to relax or hang out with my cousin @ club or go out with my girl.
when i am stressed from trading (bad day) i usually don't want to talk about it or think about it until i feel normal.

I only have three options if i feel stressed - out. Listen to music / watch a movie or sing out loud in my bedroom .

when I'm really stressed, i prefer to break plates and glasses. But since recession kicked in, I shifted to running instead.
