how do i subscribe to a thread?

also even though my private message inbox has 0 messages, even when i select show all messages since beginning, no-one can private message me - says the inbox is full

Make sure your sent box is also empty. MoneyTec doesn't give us much space. 3 or 4 messages in the inbox/sent folders and you can't receive any more PMs. Another problem is the message length, only 500 characters, so it is almost useless when you want to quote the post you are replying to.

At the bottom of each post there is a "Receive updates to this thread " link, simply click it and you will receive updates when anyone post..

Last month we updated the setting so you can have 20 PM's up to 5000 words each.. The reason we had the number of PM set so low was we had people abusing the system by spaming other members and boged down the servers.

Thanks... That will help a lot. I once had to reply to a message with 4 or 5 messages.
