I have installed everything step by step on my TS2000i Version: 5.00.0822, and everything seems to be working; however I am not getting live data showing up on charts. Global server shows all is connected, however the datafiles are not showing up when I go to edit symbol/edit data...there is only about a days worth of data showing there.

Any and all help from anyone would be greatly appreciated!!

Make sure that you are requesting the "Bid" data and not the "Ask" data

Thank you!!! Did the trick...Do you know if Quoteroom is free forever, or is it a trial program?
