I agree with you that CQG is very good. I really like their charting and everything is very easy to work with. Looking at things Reuters and CQG is pretty much the two best charting packages I think. Reuters is better for reports and news, but I fancy CQG for charting. Both systems are awesome, however Reuters is a bit more pricy. When I looked at Reuters the last time, the fees was about 2000-2500 usd pr month, where you get CQG for about 650 euro pr month including news feed.

If ur interested u shud check out Tradestation again .... currently they offer a in depth charting and ananlysis of Spot ... am not sure that the news wud b anything that wud compare 2 Reuters and dont knw enuf RE CQG 2 speak about it ...... Full disclosure = I use Tradestation but have no business relationship beyond that.....

AC38 - That's good news that TS at last are now providing spot FX data.

Do you know if it's possible to have it trade automatically like I believe they do for some futures markets/stocks?..

It isnt yet available, they say that they are working on it for the next "major rollout" of TS .... there are a cple of forums at Tradestationworld.com that u can subscirbe 2 that will keep u up 2 date on the progress.
