How much this system is worth?

Hello everybody.
Three weeks ago to extend my trading size I decided to sell 10 copies of my trading system. I placed Bid on ebay. During next three days I received enormous size of enquires to buy this system. The interest was so high that I decided temporary suspend sales of this strategy.
The question is: How much my system is worth?

Maybe I'm missing something but with the incredible equity increases in all markets like you show I can't see any reason to sell even one copy of your program. You could just double your position size about every-other week.

Here's another thought: call any of the large banks or hedge funds they will probably pay you a minimum of $50-million a year to provide them with the returns you show in your post.

Hi Chartsky I agree. It is better to trade it not sell it. Unfortunately to trade double the size you should be able increase the account enough to hle trading ~10-14 contracts instead of 3-7 contracts. This system accumulates money but not as fast as many unrealistic systems. In my mind it is better to sell 1-10 copies use that money to trade 2-3X size.

In regards to the 50-million comment. Would you be interested in presenting this system to funds? You can earn a high bonus. A sales position is still open.

I don't know anything about the system so I can't present it. Besides I've had the chance to manage money like it much better trading Crude Oil for a little while 3-4 days a week going down to Costa Rica every-other month or so or just playing golf when I want to.

I've never sold any of my systems -- especially NQ or ER2 systems -- as those markets can't hle a lot of extra volume by several others always trading the same entries/exits. But now ES can hle anything you throw at it. Something else you might want to think about. I've turned down offers to "mentor" guys who couldn't wait to trade as many contracts as their accounts would allow. If just one of those kinds gets your system forget the ER2 NQ or YM.

I don't know how to play golf but I like to play beach volleyball or trading game . There is case study of this system if you'll decide to present it: http://64.22.73.42/img/GO_c_Study.zip

In regard NQ ER2 YM I agree. High volumes may increase slippage. In this case I prefer to trade in daily session only. Fortunately it is "enough space" for slippage in this system.
Best wishes!
M.
