Bruce Gagnard - Trading system

I bought a trading system from Bruce Gagnard. There was a money back option. I have sent him emails and left telephone messages asking him for a refund. However, I cannot contact him as he doesn't reply to the emails or the phone messages. Has anuone else had this experince with Bruce Gagnard?

Haven't dealt with him before, but if you paid using your credit card, you can contact them for a charge back in the event the vendor doesn't respond to your refund requests.
