my story on forex need help anyone from colombia?

hi I`ve been for about a year practicing on forex but without good results and I came from more to less % of gains (on practice account) , I`m trying to find a new strategy but I don`t know what`s wrong, I don`t have anyone to learn from and I`have been in a few courses and seminar paying to learn but still I can`t find the right way so I want to know if is here someone that could help me telling me what am I doing wrong or how to find my own strategy (which steps do I have to take to make a strategy) or how to find one and how to follow it, I`m from colombia you know? and in here I`m having a few problems with the internet connection and my station stucks on news times (when I used to trade) I run with fxcm station and I also have a real account and I have loose a few dollars because of this problem so I need advise about platforms too if there`s anyone in colombia and want to teach me, I know to cook, to iron, to wash, because I run out of money hehe or if is there anyone to take advice from from other country please I`m glad to hear about thanks
