5% of traders make 1000+% returns ?

It is often said that the vast majority of traders fail in this arena.
It is also said that 5% of traders make 95% of the profits
Both of these statements seem perfectly reasonable to me.

My question is are there any of the 5% here who would like to share their experiences with us to help us on our journey there.

We have a great trader Durgesh who is a regular poster on this forum who has just made a great return of 960% in only 7 Months. He has been very generous in sharing his set-ups both here & on the mtpredictor user group. I only watch these people on amazement as my returns last year were 25% & I thought I was doing well !!!

There must be some others here who are in the 5% club & it would be great to hear from them on how they sustain this sort of performance.

I made 80% last week. I think this can be put down to making a call and sticking to it untill it delivers the goods. I have moved away from day trading and am more of a short-term trader now typically holding a position for 3-4 days. One big advantage I get from this is that I don't over trade anymore.
