xe trade and xe/FXCM forex speculation

Has anyone used/been using xe.com and FXCM online forex speculation services? (xe.com serves as referring agent for FXCM.)

Also, has anyone used xe trade to convert currency and transfer amounts between two accounts?

I am considering using these two web services but I'm wary because of the many online warnings about forex scams...and I don't know anyone personally who has used these services.
