Windsor is licensed and regulated by CySEC (The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) and EEA Authorized by FSA (The Financial Services Association– UK), conforming to the Investment Firms Law of 2002-2003, implementing mainly the European Union Investment Services Directives.
Windsor is a member of CIFSA, (The Cyprus International Financial Services Association) and CFSFA, (The Cyprus Financial Service Firms Association), two professional bodies that aim to promote and maintain high ethical standards among their members in the provision of services to their clients, thereby offering the client a high degree of protection through strict financial controls and regulations.
In addition, Windsor is also a permanent member of the Investors’ Compensation Fund, a fund established and regulated by the Authorities in Cyprus offering protection to investors and clients of investment and credit firms in Cyprus.
