Is consistent 6 pips system better than 3 pips inconsistent system

Some say that certain forex system platform is inconsistent with its stuck in certain price/ always down although only has 3 pips spread. Ours impose 6 pips spread but use consistent base software. Which one is better ?

There are brokers giving 3 pips spread consistents ex.GFT.
I don't see why you should restrain yourself to get those extra pips!

I didn't realize you were talking about brokers, I think you were talking "system" as in "Trading Systems"
