that's not what I mean. I mean, what if we're "still" factoring the bad things in the future, that we're not done yet. Would that mean the dollar is still in search for a "bottom"? If the lag is about 12 months, and if the next 24 months is still gloomy, then it would take another 12 months until the factoring in over.
Anyway, I don't think "factoring in" reason is ever appropriate in explaining things except for those financial newspeople who ran out of reasons to explain a market activity.
