Can you guys tell me how I can stick to some simple rules I've set up for entry & exit.
For the life of me I have so much trouble playing by the rules ONLY, I fail to SAR when the time comes and I fail to take some signals that I KNOW I should.
What will work to instill this rigid discipline into my subconscious short of using a mechanical trading system ?
