Need help.....

I'm wanting to start a Forex Advisory Service Online and I am wondering, What I need to do to get start. Do I have to get a Series 3 license or not. Do I have to be register with the SEC, or CFTC? Please any help will be appreciated.

I believe the NFA may be starting to require a Series 3 license. In our case, since we are a bank that provides forex services and regulated by the FDIC, you would not be required to have any licenses. If you plan to become an FCM taking deposits then you would have to be registered with the CFTC

ok let me get this straight.. I won't be required to register nor have a license to offer people/clients forex advisory services??

As far as know no licensing at all is needed, but among other things, reputation and a solid history will go a long way for a business to be a success
