He didn't say he was going to win every trade every time. A good trader can have a more losing trades than winning trades and still increase his account. That skill comes from education, discipline, money management, experience, and perseverence. I suppose the same could be said about Blackjack or Poker. I have a friend who goes to Las Vegas once a month and always makes money. If you want to talk about gambling...I was a farmer most of my life...now there is REAL gambling. I couldn't control the price I was paid for my crop nor the price I paid for my expenses, although I could shop around somewhat. My biggest risk was the weather...and not all crop can be covered under crop insurance. I had to HOPE that I could increase or maintain my yield and TRY to hold down my expenses. The last time I purchased a grain combine it cost me $100,000 +. That's alot of money for a piece of equipment that I only used 60 days out of 365. I think I know a little about gambling.
The trader that is gambling is the one who doesn't educated himself nor do all the other things that I mentioned above.
