EURO rate prospects

Hi, I have been pondering on possible EURO fluctuations in light of the current Iraqi crisis. It appears to me that at the moment it is at its turning point and can surge or plummet with equal probability. What strikes me is the scope of these potential fluctuations. According to my calculations (based on both fundamental and technical factors) in the near future the EURO rate will either achieve the level of 1.3 USD or fall to the level of 0.9 USD. I wonder what other analysts have to say about this. See attached chart with my forecast.

Troj, can you explain what your chart means. Am I right in understanding that points 1 and 2 indicate one scenario and 3--another one? What is the difference in 1 and 2?

No, testpilot, 1 and 3 indicate two possible ways of surging for EURO and 2 indicates the lowest level of its possible plummeting. It is the second scenario that is starting to take shape at the moment. let us see how far it will go...
