exact motions of a trade

Please can someone walk me through the exact motions of a trade...
not the trading side,the other side... for eg. The clients money is help at jp morgan bank,the trading gets done through GFT. Please can someone take me from the 1st to the last step of what actually happens. If the Acc is kept in client name how does it get used 4 trading etc. Another thing is if a really massive proffit is made like the sorros profit of $1000 000 000 who pays it in, where does it come from etc and the same with a loss???
