Expert Advisor Reversal orders

I am trading on Meta Trader 3, and would like to do the following on Expert Advisors. Does anyone know where I can get the code for this, or can someone help me write it:
I would like to place an order that would be contingent on another contingent order being executed.

For ex:ample:

Market is currently at 1.3125

Place an entry buy stop for 10 lots at 1.3150

Attach a contingent S/L at 1.3110

If the contingent order is executed and those 10 lots get sold out at 1.3110, then I want to add to this position and sell another 10 lots at that same price of 1.3110

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

so you basically want to;

buy order 10 at 1.3150
sell order 20 at 1.3110

the buy 10 will be cancled by the sell 10 and leave a sell 10. is there any conditions to this because if oyu just want to do this randomly surely it would be less hassle to do it manually.

thats correct, however i only want to sell those 20 at 10 ifthe market first reached 50 and then came down. i dont want to do it manually- as i like to program the system in the morning - if i sit in from of the computer all day - tehn i trade too much and too emotionally.
