Fair Broker

Hello,
I have been looking for a broker for sometime now and I cannot find one that operates like an honest company. Every time I do research there always seems to be cons and no clear cut winner.

To give you an idea where I am coming from, I am fairly new to forex. I plan to begin with a mini account with an initial deposit of 2,000. However, I am looking for 100:1 leverage. Some of the brokers I have come across are Oanda, FXCM, FXDD, FXsol, GFT, interbankfx, and ODL. I do not trade news so I need decent charts like gft and MT4. An automated feature would be nice too.

Can you please give me your opinion/advice on finding a broker. I understand that traders get upset on the normal actions of the markets and feel that the broker has cheated them; however, I am trying to filter through this information as I am fairly new and do not know what to expect. If you do not have much time, links would also be greatly appreciated in lieu of your advice.
