Forex factory is going old-school!

Not sure how many of you noted, it looks like Forexfactory’s is going old-school by starting to allow firms to use the forums as a marketing “ pump and dump” tool without disclosure,

This brings back to mind the old “pump and dump” scheme motleyfool back in the late 80s. When Groups of equities’ broker’s reps would join forums to talk-up the dog stocks to drum up sucker buyers. Example http://www.forexfactory.com/forexfor...ghlight=coesfx both coes and FXLQ are doges with deferent fleas you have stockwet and a couple others talking-up coesfx trying to convince people thay are legit, Good luck” and the other mclinvestments trying to get some of coesfx misfortune and steer suckers to FXLQ. I would stay far away for both, especially that it’s well know coesfx is promoting a bogus MT4-ECN and FXLQ run by Robert gray the same guy who has IBFX contractility bound to him as a dealing desk and the cause of all their disconnections, top hunts and other misfortunes I guess since IBFX user base is dwindling he looking to gather new hunting stock to do more stop hunting. LOL

Watch out, when some will come out with a creatable MT4 broker?

I guess IBFX = InterbankFX.

Have you experienced yourself the disconnections or do you (like me) only have seen in the forums that they are having problems?

Thanks for this info.

I'm quite a new kid on the block. However, as I am new and actively searching for as much information and advice as possible, I found this not-too-good-a-review on: www.forex-ratings.com/coes.php

The write-up's comprehensive and it does not seem too positive, regarding COEXfx. It seems, in the opinion of the author, that their disadvantages outweigh their advantages, with their site and services offered.

Re: Forex factory is going old-school!

Retail brokers are retail brokers. we use them until we find an institutional broker we can get into. FXLQ is not like coes number 1. COES is scum. FXLQ might try to clear everything in house but if you negotiate with them and explain that you are a good trader they will pass you through to their currenex or saxo ECNs.
I'm going to try their MT4 Saxo ECN platform this week. I have a friend on it now and he likes it. This friend also manages very large accounts and is setting up prime broker relationships. It's just nice to have a retail broker offering what you normally have to deposit 100k+ to get.
