Free Live scalping session!

Not sure where to put this, can you move it if it's in the wrong place please MT?

Anyone interested in having a live scalping session next week, here on the MoneyTec live chat?

I was thinking maybe Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the European session, make a target of around 300/400 pips across Eur/Usd, Gbp/Usd, and Usd/Chf?

Anyone interested? Vote if you are! (Looking for 10+ votes to make it happen).

I should add that, other than being the kind hosts, the session would not be connected to MoneyTec and they cannot be held responsible for any losses suffered as a result of following the calls, me neither, but then I don't want a percentage of your winnings either so I think that's fair

Comments and ideas welcome!

If it's popular enough maybe it could become a regular feature.

Pete

Hi Pete

Are we going to use your strategy (ADX etc) or will be a combination of different member's ideas

Best idea I've seen on this forum yet. (I haven't read the whole forum of course) You can count me in. I average over 200 pips a week in CHF, and would love to hear from others while I am trading. Maybe I can stop a few bad trades and pick up a few more winners. Just post the details here so I can see what turns out from this idea. :0)

Great Idea

This is a wonderful idea. I'd like to be included in this, but I live in the US, so obviously, I'd like the session to be in the US trading session.

Maybe 2 days a week London session and 2 days US session???

I'm sure I could learn a lot.

I would assume some would also want to trade both sessions as I do. Don't see why anyone who wanted to leave after Euro session couldn't leave, and anyone who wanted to stay could stay. Same thing for joining in when you wanted. Makes sense to me. Again, its great idea. Should be full of debates as well as profits and very informative.

To make it more scientific and informative, how about people post before hand what strategy, indicators, and time frames they are using for buy/sell signals, stop/loss, take/profit, etc. That way we can see how the different methods compare.

Wink

Hi,

I use to scalp NASDAQ stocks in 1999 for a whole year with team of Scalpers on line. Since they’ve change the regulations (NASDAQ family) I gave it up because it had become investor-looser trading game.
I didn’t harvest any profits during this period of time, just broke even.
How could I with my little experience any way ?

The patterns were :
Candles, Volume, Level II ticker only, no idicators at all !

I’m very excited to see live currency scalping!

Not for long probably, by the time the big houses will try to control it. We got first signs (margin requiments, example)
and just wait for the other regulation come in effect to prevent gifted people to make a profit and cost the house to lose.
Because any trade house hates traders making profits, especially scalpers. Good customer is customer that lose.

Good idea, I’ll be there and put some grain into the basket.

Time zone is a bit problem but can be worked out over the time.

Very excited,
Pan

PS. I only trade EUR/USD (last 3 years) never trade any other pair :-( thus this is the major index I'm interested in.
