Full time forex

My goal is to become good enough at forex trading where it can be the main source of income. How many people out there trade full time if u dont mind me asking? And if you do how long did it take you to become a full time trader?

You could call me a full timer but I am also a student so it is really just between classes and while doing homework which is most of the day and all nights.

i am also a student, do you trade with a mini account or did you make enough $$ to open a 100k. I'd like to make forex my soucre of income. Having money work for you is much better than working for it.

LOL, you will be working for this money. I do trade full time but I work for a hedge fund. I do not get a salary, just 50% of the profits gross. They funded me with $500000 and I usually make between $3500 and $5500 a day take home, give and take a few hundred. When you have a decent track record with a 100k account, email me. I can probably set you up with the same setup if you're interested.

The fund I work for is a privatly held fund (not regulated by the SEC). It's made of mostly of former CEO's and other rich retired person who have risk capital to spare. Getting started is the easy part if you know professional investors, performing and producing a reasonable track record is the hard part. These guys give the highes payout I've ever seen but they do require a minimum of 2 year track record that can be audited. So have your paperwork in order. If you do it wouldn't be hard to find investors.

Other then that the only info I can give you is it's a privately held fund that trades stocks, futures, and forex. We currently have 10 traders in various markets working with us. But like I said if you can produce a decent track record I'd be glad to email your resume and record to my boss. I know they have lots of spare capital that is not being used and is always looking for trades who can produce year in and year out.

i am a student and 19 yrs old so obviously i dont have the $$ but over my college years i should be able to produce a track record, i've started a mini account and working for a hedge fund is something i'd like. Stocks and forex is something i enjoy and have no problem reading about or sitting in front of the computer watching the tickers and charts. Any info not necessarily about ur hedge fund just info in general about the business would be greatly appreciated
