Fulltime Forex Trader
I have a question for anyone that might be able to respond. I am a full time trader here in Sunny California. Its tax time, and with tax time comes many questions. I am in my first year as a fulltime Forex Trader. I would like to know if the Federal Government recognizes Forex Trading as a business. Also, can we as Forex Traders, claim losses. I am sure it would depend on ones win/loss ratio, but ..........can we "claim losses"?
