Starting a Commodity Pool questions...

Hi everyone.

OKay so how easy is it to start a commodity pool?

Is anyone here a series 3 or series 7 (i believe) trader?

I've done some research in the NFA regarding rules etc apparently there are THOUSS of them out there. But i'm looking for your opinions on them.

You can start a private investment club of less than 100 members by invite only (ie. no website or promotions allowed!) without a licence.
Check the laws in your country before embarking on such a venture first though.
