Fxcm Platform Freezing?

My FXCM platform is freezing too often..well it was not supposed to freeze 1 single time.I contacted them but they didnt find any problem,I made the Virtual memory bigger also and my laptop is brand new.Anyone here that trade with FXCM have the same problem?

I almost never have that problem. Try re-installing it, but first un-install their platform.

In login screen,there is a settings button.then click "test" for real.it should appear "OK".if not "OK".in properties button,click "Edit".then unchecked "Secure Connection".
