I did the course in April-04. When I got interested in FX trading I read tons of material on the Internet, mostly on Monetec. Even then I was not able to put together indicators on charts, it was not clear what types of indicators are there, which ones to be used in which conditions, and many more questions.

Then I decided to take the course so that I may have a straight path to follow, I think the course served the purpose and I got to know things better.

The course is no holy grail and I think the best mentor is experience, if you know the basic stuff. Whether you buy the course or not, do yourself a favor, buy some good books and perform lots of demoing.

fx power course

I would have to agree I also took the course and as a newbie found it to be lacking somewhat. It did not improve my trading. You may be able to save yourself some money and seek the knowledge you want right here in these forums.
There are a great many traders here who are more then willing to help.

If you are looking for a reliable service/educator i can sugest 2 differrent sites .

Fx-review.com this guy rates sites I beleive his handle here is fire dave

the other is dollartrader.net I am a member and they have helped enormously. private coaching etc. I have also heard that bunny girl is a wiz at helping newbies

Good Luck

It was the worst $500 I have spent in my fx history! I dont advice it. You can even learn just moneytech more from than that course. If you do you want to learn about trading, I advice you to spend your money to books. With $500, you can buy at least 10 top-quality trading books and those books will help more than any web-base course. (but I will recommend spytrdr.com/library)

exxx thanks for the link to spytrdr.com/library
I had not come across that site before .
An excellant selection of books available for download. Though I have yet to see the quality, as they will all be scanned I imagine?
