Fxcm Platform Freezing?

My FXCM platform is freezing too often..well it was not supposed to freeze 1 single time.I contacted them but they didnt find any problemI made the Virtual memory bigger also my laptop is br new.Anyone here that trade with FXCM have the same problem?

I almost never have that problem. Try re-installing it but first un-install their platform.

In login screenthere is a settings button.then click "test" for real.it should appear "OK".if not "OK".in properties buttonclick "Edit".then unchecked "Secure Connection".
