Im new to forex,how much capital would you need to play $10 per pip with no leverage?

You would need 100,000 or so (depending on the pair traded) in order to trade full lot without leverage. You don't need that. There are brokers who allow trading in much smaller size, either mini account, or even any size imaginable, like $1500, or $22,222 or anything like that.
It is very wise not dwell too much not leverage. One can trade with good results without high margin. Read more about low leverage forex trading.

Well, that depends on the broker and account type. You need to have some good knowledge to choose broker and skills to trade.

$10 is for 100,000 lots. So you would need $100,000. Do you have it?
