Credit Suisse - Forex Financial Capitals class action lawsuit

I lost $270,000 through a scam operation calling themselves forexfinancialcapitals.com ("FFC").

I am looking to sue Credit Suisse bank - who acted as the deposit institutioon for FFC - for recovery of my STOLEN assets.

In order to solidify my case against CS I am looking for others that were burned by FFC to join me in a massive class action.

looking at the web site they say..............As all funds are kept in segregated accounts, in the unlikely case of FFC’s bankruptcy, the clients’ money will stay untouched and will be thoroughly recovered

so if they are still in business what exactly happened?
