Most volatile broker?

Since forex is not regulated brokers can quote their own rates has anyone done research on which broker provides the most volatile prices which would be more suitable to scalpers?

what i mean is that some brokers may not fluctuate rates as much as other brokers; has anyone done any research on the most volatile brokers?

Re: Most volatile broker?

you cant really do what you want - ie you want someone to quote out of market so you can hit them cover back knowing price is lower or higher ----- most online brokers use the same feed they just alter the speed of updates

this way you deal out of mkt they keep the trade you hit them the wrong side they requote you

each has a slightly different characteristic you need to acquant yourself with

Re: Most volatile broker?

Brokers will not let you conduct that type of business. Search the forum for the many threads realting to that style of scalping. Bottom line: Brokers run programs that detect a client who is buying "off market" repeatedly using latency against them. Without the ability to hedge/justify a clients position within their own system the client becomes a liability to the broker. You will eventually be shut down. Hope this helps.

Re: Most volatile broker?

USA25 are you kidding? I work for myself live in rural Colorado. I have traded forex for years have been with three brokers. I used to scalp...I used ACM FXCM traded full time. When I ran in to execution issues with these platforms I researched their policies fully found that the business model I described in short in my earlier post is common. Anyone who thinks they can use a technical glitch...i.e latency in price feed between brokers or latency between brokers esignal whatever...to make money in forex is simply fooling themselves clearly needs to do their homework. Not to mention that method of trading is ill advised for a host of other reasons.

What Mamady seems to be asking is can you use arbitrage in forex. You cannot. USA25 we seem to agree on that. However your ideas about my emplyment are funny. I have made it a point to be self employed at any cost for my entire adult life would never work for a brokerage. But enough about me....

Re: Most volatile broker?

Hi USA25 no hard feelings at all. Many brokers run an analysis program on their account holders that determine if their clients are latency trading/scalping so I know what you mean. Now that I have been trading for a good while have a methodology that works for me I have found broker selection to be the biggest factor in my success. Best of luck!

Re: Most volatile broker?

Thats not quite wat i was asking... i dont want to use latency for arbitrage or watever... i want to know which brokers are more volatile. ie. say at a news release if broker 1 moves EURUSD up by 20 pips then down by 30 pips.... at the exactly the same time of the news release broker 2 moves EURUSD up by 10 pips then down by 20 pips. They are moving at exactly the same time but one broker is more volatile than the other. In other words broker 1 moved the rate over a larger range than broker 2.

I hope that clarifies wat i was asking.
