Which Moving Average Periods?

Hi

I've been studying currencies for a year and technical analysis for 2 years, although I am comfortable with most of my indicators, I don't know what periods I think work best with currencies on Daily, 30 and 15 minutes charts, I've used 5,21,34 and I used 20,200, what would you advise me to use, I really appreciate this, many thanks,
