Lightbulb Reuters

My firm uses Reuters. I don't know about EBS, but I think Reuters is pretty good. As for accessing it from the internet, I've heard that Reuters 3000 is internet-based. Maybe u can try to ask them directly.

Good Luck!

According to a BIS report (cannot recall which), the EUR/USD and the USD/GBP pairs are strongly dominated by EBS in terms of tight spread and ticks. Reuters are used a lot among traders, EBS more among analytics and "top firms". They had a lot more info in those BIS reports, check em out if you are interested..

1: I don't think you can get the Reuters or EBS data feed very easy or cheep. You´d need a terminal, I guess???
2: The pairs I use, have tighter spread and more frequent updates on EBS compared to Reuters..

Yes, Reuters 2000 requires a terminal, and, if i'm not mistaken, it requires a sat-dish. But from what I heard, Reuters 3000 is internet based, maybe no additional hardwares are necessary. I read a brochure, it stated that it could soon be accessed using O2, too. Perhaps you would want to check them directly to the reuters.

Cheers!
