My 2cent recommendations

Hello all

I have honour to say that I have developed two (serious) systems which are successful till now.

I have been selling them and members gave me positive feedback

I cannot write website here

OK as for the topic I want to write my opinions for newbie traders who are trying to develop their own trading systems

1. Every system is born from a simple idea or logical reason. When i look back I find that all my systems comes from simple idea or logical reasons, For example my first serious strategy was developed after I have analyzed market volume picks and times when these picks appear.

> So do not try to involve complicated mathematical calculations or bunch of indicators. Make it simple

2. Throw out all well-known indicators. In one system I did really use one indicator but improperly, For example if Stoch indicates over-zones I do not use them in the system for this purpose.

3. VERY VERY IMPORTANT: I have seen systems which made 5000 pips a month but those systems resulted in -3000 pips loss in a month too, so they are not systems. when you lose 400-500 pips system should say "stop trading I am not working anymore". I have put this rule in my own money manager contract with investor. If I lose 10% of account this means that my system does not work anymore so I stop trading and starting to develop new system or improve existing.

4. I will not provide recommendation on money management because it is elementary that trader should know.

5. If you back tested a system and you have positive results of 2 years and each month ended with positive balance, this does not mean that you should go live. It is inevitable to forward test a system, for this only 3months testing is enough. Just trade on DEMO for 3 months and if you have positive monthly balances at the end of each month then you can go live.

6. Develop less risky method of the system, it is inevitable because you should have a rule which will tell you under what conditions to trade. For example if there is major news releases you should have the special modified method which will protect your account.

7. Beware NFP days to trade

8. AGAIN VERY IMPORTANT: Your system should be diversified, If system works good on EURUSD and USDCHF this is not well diversified system, the system should work for both for example GBPJPY and AUDUSD.

thanks
questions and comments are appreciated
