Dan Fisher from Forbes Magazine has an expose on Money Managers -- just saw the interview on CNBC 5-mins. ago.

Why not contact him and get a taste of the Money Manager minefield for yourself? He seems to have alot of tips/tricks on how to find the real managers.

The only profitable money managers that folk at Moneytec know ARE the sharks.

Please stay in the thread a bit longer. I've already discovered 2 that I barely suspected but was not entirely sure about.

Please do this for us before you are eaten.

Take that 10k and have yourself and family a nice holiday first. Splurge!

And please, under no circumstances should you introduce the fortunate shark to your family or give him your home address or invite him there to do the paperwork.

Go only on recommendation, some brokers may be able to put you in touch with consistently profitable traders willing to trade other people's money. The main problem you're going to face is finding someone willing to trade a small account.

There's also a website that compares results, I was sure I had saved it as a favorite but I can't find it now, maybe someone else knows the url?

There are 2 right here in this thread, probably the only 2 at Moneytec. No, I'm not talking about the 2 sharks. I'm talking about 2 traders who could also be good at money management.

I recommend both. Take your pick.

vt trader has pre-made systems you could use if you never do find those good money managers.
you'd need to leave your computer running all the time though.

if you did do this, i would suggest getting another computer that runs only their stuff, so you could still play on your own.

i use them mainly for the point and figure charts.
