Excel Trade log for Futures

I am looking for an excel trade log for the emini. (es nq er ym) I found the trade log by jetheat at the link below.

I am a lousy excel programer but I need to have a field for commissions to give a true P/L on each trade.

Does anyone know of a existing excel sheet or know how to add the commission field to the jetheat log?
