Help with period converter please

I have downloaded a period converter for use with MT4 followed the instructions on how to install it but nothing is happening. I have it in the custom indicator folder already. I would like to use a 2hr or 3hr chart if possible on MT4.

I must admit that I have very little knowlege of codes scripts etc installing such things so any advice would be appreciated.
