Re: secure and profitable trading

Forex infact is not risky, its people who make it risky by their trading style. To be profitable in forex, equities or futures, the basic philosophy is same. Cut the loosers quickly but stay with the winners. There is no strategy that can give you 100% winning trades, so have small losses and bigger profits and play humble.

1 ) Have a winning entry/exit system
2) Follow strict money management and risk management policies and
above all
3) cultivate a winning trader's mindset, that is, patience and get rid of fear and greed.

I guess, that is all required to be successful in any trading venture. If you think you have such qualities, expect to blowup your first few trading accounts. Therefore, it is better to demo practice for as long as you get confident. But bear in mind, that in demoing, you will not be able to develop the trader's mindset, and you will not be able to feel the emotion of fear and greed, but it is good for testing entry and exit strategies.
