| Nikkei 225 index closed up The Asian stocks also rose with a 15 month closing high with Japanese exporters in a lot of demand along with the airline industry stocks. The benchmark Nikkei 225 index closed up 1.03% or 108 points at 10,655 in Tokyo. The Hang Seng index closed down 49 points at 21,823 in Hong Kong. |
