Overnight Interest

Hi all

From my understanding, this is the cost to carry over for all open trades in 2 business days (in the SPOT contract).

My question is:

1) why is the overnight interest still effected for a position hold over for a night, since its before 2 business days?

2) what happens if I hold position for more than 2 business days...I mean what else will apply besides this overnight interest?
